Not sure If this is the right place to post this but just wondering if anyone knows the stats on the dual planets you can buy off the market..

the stats are random...
we've got no idea of what stats are more common or what tends to show up at each time, but our (wild) guess is that its completely random (i.e. no stat more common than any other...)
we do know that there is no way to control what you get though...

you buy what kind (stats) you want
as for what they are, very small. If I remeber correctly it was about 30 mill? cant really remeber, but the stats are small and I think it has a very small defense but not 100% sure.

I think he might be refering to the black market buying of duals.
Well they come at 0/0 in each stat, and the lowest possible size
(it might still be tiny, but Admin may have increased the minimum size of all planets created to above average, because of the bug where by you can get like 80 bil free naq buying and selling the defences under above average.)
Basically when you buy from blakc market they come fresh, nothing on them, no one has beacons on them, its all yours to build as you please.
While being the safest way to aquire a dual, it is not the cheapest, the same $ can get you an already fully developed planet from a player. But they might scam you, so well. Up to you.

When I got mine, they had stats on them, very small, but stats none the less. Thats been a long time back tho.
