this is the first time ive ever been banned in my 4+ years of playing this game the message i get is
This account has been flagged as a multiple account.
A multi is an one person having direct access to more than one account.
If this is the case, it will remain suspended.
If you believe this is an error, please contact the game admins at gameadmin@StarGateWars.com, or via forum at THE GAME ADMIN SECTION with an explanation of why it would appear to be a multiple account from the same location and user as other account(s).

well me and my wife use the same internet for 2 and a half years to play sgw but why isnt her account banned as well but i am sure the hell that i am not a multi
and i know for a fact that there are a bunch of players playing in the same house hold

Should have gotten an IP exception a long time ago to prevent this.

like he said though her account hasnt been affected. Also they are a well known couple throughout the game and forums so if they would need proof theres a ton of it

ok people cant u guys read as what my post say or do i need to spell it out slowly and in big letters but yes my wifes account WAS NOT AFFECTED please no more insults to my intelligence please i know what i am doing ive been playing for over 4 years now

No one said the other account is banned, and you never said you tried getting an IP exception

well i guess i will have to sit this out and see what happens

I've tried many times as he has sold accounts and started over to get the IP exception...no admin has ever return the email or given the ip exception before or explained why we can't have an IP Exception, so what was the point of wasting my time with his new account or the last account. Anyone who knows me, know who my hubby is in game and obviously we are in the same house as many other couples are such as Chronus/Thora...Papa Smurf/Major Lee Hurts...I dont see their account being banned....but then again maybe the admin gave them an IP exception right away...IDK. We are soooo not the same person, may some times have the same temperament, but for those of you who met us in person truly know us and know that even our playin style in game is completely different.

So why is his account banned? Mine wasn't touch(TY anyways), but what is the reasoning now after this many years of playing together.

My first alliance was devils brigade. Winter taught me alot and tribal watched over and protected me like a hawk.

Since then ive talked to winter on msn almost every single day. No way is he a multi and id dare anyone to post some proof to that degree.

adminMark has been pretty active recently, i'm sure he'll be able to reply soon enough.

Just bare in mind that you may have to wait for a response for a little while, as in situations such as autobans people have waited 5 to 10 days before getting unbanned. So please to wait for Mark and then see, but as I said he's been more active recently.

I used autoban as an example of how long some people have had to wait, therefore a degree of patience is needed. It's unfortunate yes.

Considering that tribal heart was not banned, I do not think that it is the interactions with her account that got you banned.

Do you share IP's with other accounts? Or since you are saying that you bought your current account ... did the previous owner had "family" ingame?
