i don't say they are/aren't multi....
i know Svetli for a while... he's my mate from Slovenia... so have no idea how can be 2 acc same times put on PPT....

your counting is serious messed up if you think these ID's are similar, they are about 14,000 apart!
Same Alliance - So
Same Army - And?
You're telling me there is no one in DDE, with same sort of army?

lol I think you need to re-read Bebita's post. He never said they were similar IDs, the IDs were posted for identification purposes.
His concern was they took PPT in the same turn time and a few other things like that, not that they had similar IDs.

They are both my RL friends. I know them BOTH.
Aren't people allowed to play at same time and work together, doing stuff together things at same time?
Same army size and lvl's are due to our program.
If army size is the case and income, then all DTA is part of conspirancy of one multi. High five on da army size discovery.
If you need any more things to prove about DTA give it a go.
As i assure you, you won't find anything.
