How do you manage to save loads of naq
do you just have a HUGE bank size to store it all, and if so dont you get attack from the huge amounts of naq your UU generate while you sleep?

some people will use weapons as a sort of second bank.

and most people will set realm alert to critical while they sleep to lower the amount of naq they generate.

Major alliances will often have a single player as an acting bank.

you just make sure u have a high defence. and make sure u leave no naq out before u turn off computer. also, as said before, if u keep getting attacked then just change realm alert till u find one in which u dont get farmed, coz i used to be farmed at normal but not when i was at medium coz it lowered my income sufficiently

well, i've found without a good size defense you will probably be picked on a bit if you have a nice income. What i do is wait until i get to the UU cash-in amount, then use the marketplace to trade it for naq, then blow it all on more upgrades to production, spying, maybe even a mothership, hell, anything really, just spend it VERY fast, hehe. You get a big wad of cash to spend immediately and drop your overall per turn income to managable levels.

Unit production seems to be more valuable than anything else, the more you get, the quicker you build up earning potential again, the more cash-ins you can do, it all just takes time.

If you want to save your UU's then set high realm alert level as suggested above, i would say get high defense, but to be honest no matter how high it is, if you are generating enough naq someone WILL hit you for it and you will not be able to fend them off. If defense isn't in the multi-billions you can't really hide behind it, not if you have enough naq to attract the top players.

I try and keep my defense rank 1000 better than my over-all rank, but last time i cashed in i got hit...my 150 super solder defenders didn't stand a chance against the enemies 2500 offensive NID teams, hehe. Luckily i had spent most of it beforehand, but 59 mill is still nasty to loose

150 SS defending 59mil? 11KSS and a rank 350ish M/S wont protect 40mil

Yeah, it was May, i lost 1 soldier, np to replace though. I had the naq out for a minute at the most, if he'd hit me 30s earlier i'd have lost 300 mill i reckon, lol.

As you say even a huge mothership and a ton of defense troops won't protect you from farming if you have enough naq out. IMO marketplace cash-ins are the best way to convert a high income per turn into a single wad of naq for quick spending and a more managable overall income. However, if you really want to hold onto your UU's, use the realm alert level to drop your income when you go offline, will make it harder to sab you too which is never a bad thing

just remember, if you can make your defense and mothership strong enough the person will lose more than they take in. a person recently attacked me for 27million. i killed 151 of his supersoldiers

so after paying for reapirs i estimate about 2million
replacing soldiers 13,741,000

what he got out of it: about 11 million(not a big steal)

I was forced to get a higher defense, because critical barely takes me to 2mill per turn and with how long i sleep, thats alot of naq out

i never get farmed cuz my income is 100 k per turn and i spend all attack income

High defence, big bank, good friends, makes the naq safe
