Nah he's not asking for any NAQ if you read the post, he's saying he'll end the war once he's farmed a total of 10t from his account.

Repairs will be payed off by me aswell as unit losses becuase they will be me attacking him, IF he hits me any units or reapairs will be added to the grand total.
