Autobanned ingame due to Bug! - Please unban

Hey,
Just got autobanned ingame presumable for negative naq.
Withdrew 1.7trill to accept a broker.
Hit accept but got attacked by 2 players at the same time.
Went to bank remainder but it came up as negative naq.
Changed page and it logged me out and wont let me in due to being autobanned.
Any1 help? + That bug needs to be fixed!! - main game
