Hi admin, okay i am going to try and explain this as best i can, i am not too sure what had happened;

My account is - 1926901, the account is on nox and crit and part of the roughnecks alliance.

I started a farm run, hit 4 guys then noticed covert was still low, needed more spies, not enough trained due to our war with dde.

In steps of what i did;
1. Untrained 3 mil uu from mines.
2. Pulled 100bil from the bank to train spies and repair ms.
3. Went to train, typed 3mil into the wrong tab (miners), replaced them to the covert tab via clicking (cntrl C and then control V - keyboard shortcuts) and hit train.
4. From there, it opened an alliances website, (I defenitely did not have it open, nor did i request it to open, as it opened I closed it) it was brown with an arc on the top and had rough cheesy bg music, but i just closed it and left the SGW tab open, it then sent me back to the SGW tab and i was logged out.
5. Logged back in and it gave me the reply that i was autobanned.

I spend hundreds of dollars on this account, I have no reason to cheat, i have been playing this game for years and have always been a paypal pimp, your assistance in this problem would be greatly appreciated.

If you guys need a full pdf report of this pc's software and content, please let me know, I am more than happy to export the pc's detail and software listing to PDF for you.

Good luck Crayton. Hopefully you emailed both the admin and urgent email addresses as well... although it's like trying to pull teeth to wait for responses from them.

all it is, is if you trained, or banked at the same time as someone hit you, or two people hit you at the same time. You get banned for neq naq or neg UU. Its an autobann script, and it does not mean you cheated, although the message admin give from the autobann script implies that. Dont worry about it. Admin Mark will be around to un bann you and should put you on a shortened PPT.

we checked the attack logs and i was not attacked through, but i was working with alot of naq out and training so....? thats what does not make sense, something else happened, not too sure though. What I find wierd is that it opened an alliance forum section. very wierd.

Hopefully we discovered a bug no one else knew about i think they are going to need to check the whole thing and see exactly what happened.
