I'm not sure if you can class this one as a bug, but i have been trying to ascend, every time i try it tells me my name already exists in ascended, so i change it and it says the same thing again, i have run out of name changes now.

Is it something I'm doing, or is it an in game thing.

I have tried some pretty obscure names, so would be surprised if those names exist.

PS. would admin reset my name changes or my ppt, so i didn't have to use this weeks ppt all up for name changes.

Basically someone has your name on the ascended plane already.

2 options:

1) If you've never ascended again, you'll have to change your name in order to be able to
2) If you have ascended, ask them if they can please change their name, as it won't let you ascend.

IMO, the second method needs to be fixed if your already ascended, since you could stop someone from ascending by taking their main name, and using it as your ascended name

Yip, But did the change race thing and lost all ascend bonuses, and then it wouldn't let back in with my original name, so i have no idea whats going on.

But i traded for a name change and finally found a name not being used and it worked.

Now for the next problem I still can't log into the Ascended server.

Use your old ascended name.

Like i said, it's a bug, whereby, if someone has the same name as you, then you can't ascend, as it thinks the name is taken. But the old name is still used on ascended, and not your new changed name

Yip i've tried it just won't let me in.


I have done the forgot password email and it comes back with what i have been entering, I might get Admin to have a look.

If that is happening that's probably your best bet
