G&R Question

Hey guys, some of you might remember me if you have played awhile, but im coming back and was wondering what rank was requires to get G&R? i know its the top 2% of players, but are the inactive accounts counted? if so i know its around 1400, but i wasnt sure if they were or not. Anyway, thanks in advance.

yeah 1pt is 1400 now dude, so get under that and youll be off and running
of course by default that makes 5pt 140 if your going there
