I've got a new acc yay
I've still got my old one... grr.

I havnt signed onto new one, dont want be counted as a multi. I cant vac mine for another 11hrs (give or take)
Could i sign onto other one now? Never sign onto my one again (already got a buyer set, dont need ot go on again)

I wouldnt think so... unless you are gaining an unfair advantage...

Firstly seeing that you are not transferring resources u dnt need to worry about that 30 minute window. Also you cannot place your account in vacation is quite the problem. So what i suggested is that, from my knowledge and experience, is that you may log in, but not too quickly. Wait atleast 1 turn before logging into your new account. This will prevent the Auto Ban. The reason why i say you won't get banned immediately by the script is because friends sometimes do log into one anothers accounts from the same IP address. This restricts their interaction however. But neither get banned. The regular IP address on your old account will change as of tuesday so... yea.. however this is kinda playing Russian Roulette .. So wait out the 11 hours instead

give your old account details to its buyer
wait till he logged in

log in to your new account

What i consider a multi: A single IP holding two accounts run by the same person. i would wait until the 11 hours are up and you vac until you log in.

Yeah, transfer whatever resources you are going to transfer to the new account and don't log in to your old one again.

keep playing old account until you can vac it *sniffles* (that way you still get the naq/uu it generates)

... then send all resources to new account...or maybe a trusted 3rd party (incase new login details don't work.. had that happen to me a couple of times).

I would have to say a "Multi" involves benefitting from concurrent control of 2 active accounts. That is, that you are "playing" both accounts. With the reasonably high volume of account trade in this game, it would be unreasonable not to have a grace period in which players may transfer resources.

From my experience of switching accounts back in July, I can tell you that you can indeed TEMPORARILY have 2 active accounts. The system only stopped me transferring due to shared IP issues.

The problem I had with transferring resources is that I purchased the account from my CO, and could not use him as an intermediary between my old and new accounts as the account I bought had shared an IP with his new one; and my 2 active "RL + GW" friends couldn't help because they had shared an IP with my old account either at uni or occasionally at their home. However, I had no problems transferring resources when a compatible intermediary was found. My old account never got vacced as I sold it within a day of changing accounts.

I am, I intend on selling some Naq over the next couple of months in an attempt to break even. Going to take a fair bit of naq
