After much discussion. 15 people have been selected. As well as, one person will auto-win the lottery.

So.
It's a lottery.

But to enter, you should tell me WHY you DESERVE the resources.

You can either, post your request below, PM me (Forum, OR Ingame is fine (No, I haven't quit yet)), or MSN me (ion.cannon@hotmail.com).

Out of all the people that want to enter, requests, which are made by a person which does not actually deserve the resources will be pruned. random.org will then be able to collect 15 people out of the remaining (IF there is 15 left). Two people will be picked by me and a friend (Who used to play SGW), one will be guarateed a spot to win resources, and one will be guaranteed a chance to win resources).

I am giving away: 60mil uu, 10k ATs, and 6tril naq.
And NO, my account is NOT for sale.

In keeping with the SGU theme, 15 people will have the chance to enter the lottery. With two guaranteed a spot, if I *really* like their request.

If less than 15 people enter, 5 people will have the chance to enter, with two being guaranteed a spot by me (However, only half of said resources will be given away).

With the help with random.org, the 16 (One will be chosen by me, to guaratee a share of the winnings)'s ID + a number generator by random.org (i.e. 817107, or 8171074) will then be MD5 hashed, and the first number and the last number of the hash will then be multiplied, then square rooted, and rounded down to produce their 'Lottery ticket'.

Example in spoiler:
[spoiler]So, my ID is 81710. I generate a number between one and 100 from random.org which is 27.
I get the number which is my ID with the random.org number at the end which is 8171027. I then MD5 hash it.
Which returns: 8fc07e044b2ed8ea57b9fb815472c609

I take the first and last number (8 and 9) and multiply them together, which is 72. I will then sqrt 72, 8.48528137 and round it down, which is 8.
My number is 8.[/spoiler]

I would like to enter. I am a usually calm and friendly player that would sooner make a friend than an enemy. Also started my account from scratch this time around without any monetary investment and hope to achieve a decent in game profile as soon as humanly possible. With some help, it could make it easier.

Henry the Chook and Henrieta the Hen are having marital issues. Henrieta is upset because Henry lost his job in the GFC and Henry is upset because Henrieta got fat, thus they both refuse to go dancing horizontally and are thus denying me my usual stream of uu.

My MS is depressed because of feelings of inadequacy.

My daughter planets are getting sick of orbiting and staying in the house and would like some unsupervised play time at the cute boy planet house up the road (not gonna happen!).

My turns are bouncing around in size more than Oprah Winfrey's waistline.

Taking the above into consideration, I consider my account circumstances qualify as tragic and therefore could use some help.

I dont think anyone deserves it but yourself, I am not appliying personally I prefer just to plod along like the aussi battler I am, under dog or not everyone has their day, if ya have that much enjoy it. I prefer to do this of my own merit if you have done the same you could also see who in ya alliance deserves it most..

I think you should direct send the resources to a random account when you know they will be inactive

That way the wealth can be shared and everyone can get massey.
