Can someone tell me what this means?
打招呼.引人注意时的喊声
And why does it translate online to 'Greeting. Remarkable time shout.'

I'm sorry, I do not speak Chinese but I do speak fruent Engrish.

That's the translation according to my Taiwanese friend. Also confirmed by some of the many Chinese colleagues who work here with me

So from the online translation thingy, the 'greeting' and the 'shout' fit.. 'remarkable' and 'attention' seem to have some relation, albeit more vague.. but 'time'?
But I have to say, it creates an hilarious image in my minds eye.

Random passerby: Hey you, do I know you?
Nooblet: AAAAAAAAHHAAAAAAHHHH!! WAAAAAAAHHH!
