Hello,

Yesterday I donated about 450ml of blood. It was my first time donating, and I hope to do it at least once a year. In fact, I hope to next donate around Dec. 28th. Along the same line, today, I registered for a stem cell and marrow registry.

I encourage everyone who is eligible to donate to please do so. You can contact you local health clinic for more information on how to donate in your local area, or google the request (ie. "blood donation Britain").

You might have bagged the pouring blood up and dropped it off at least? Jeez. Inconsiderate or what?

I give blood once every 4months...cheap night on the beer after you have donated nearly a pint of blood
