auto-banned

I was auto-banned a few minutes ago. I've asked a friend to check my account in the rankings and the reason seems to be negative naq:

Ouch... good luck, hope you get unbanned soon. Did you also email the gameadmin?

yes, sent him a message a few minutes ago. I've accepted a broker right before i got banned, and maybe i withdrew a sum with 1 extra zero:( I can;t find other explanation

Well, the negative amount is already a reason for autoban... happens often, but it belongs to the game... have a few days till max 2 weeks patience
