my noobishness needs to know whats the max amount of naq one can get with a simple 15 turn attack
and does it vary with neutral neutral and war neutral and so on

well if neutral - neutral and u hit for 30b using 15 at its not u get full while war-neutral u get it full

11 is easier to push when farming 200+ farms
