1. maximum 3 bumps per thread
2. if something is closed by the seller without a sale then seller has to wait 7 days to relist

Three bumps per thread?

Would make more sense if you were encouraged not to bump more than once every X amount of time; say, 30 mins.

I took it to mean that if he had his account for sale, then closed the thread having not sold it, then he had to wait to relist. Thats how I read it. Not that if your selling AT you can't open and close it as needed. I may be wrong tho
