ok so about a week ago i found this guy with 7 duals sitting out.
me and JT took 1 each and maybe sombody else got 1.
his stats were
Military Stats
Strike Action: 773,802,016,200
Defensive Action 6,626,724,437,746
Covert Action: 8,076,225,410,200
AntiCovert Action 42,534,005,086,296
Covert Skill: 32
Covert Operatives: 5923563
Anti-Covert Skill: 32
Anti-Covert Operatives: 19189620

Unit Production: 376014
he had 4-5 duals that looked like this
569,558,011,936 Additional Anti-Covert & Covert
362,222 Unit Production per Day
now the cost of the up alone on 5 of those planets is over 500tril + his raw was too low to make proper use of them.
i checked him the next day and found the account had left his alliance and ascended, all planets and 170mil uu(approx) gone.
i checked with his former commander who confirmed his army size jumped around alot but this could be normal trading.
anyway prob worth a look

The sheer chance of some people...I just looked and i say his RAW UP is 798 and has NOTHING else...i think the account was just ascended and left to rott...
