Autobanned, please help

I was online, logged off for a few mins. Tried to log back in but I couldn't.
My acc is still there but it seems to be in VM(cusp of blackhole). I play at my school, at (Job Corps) which does share an IP with most of all the other computers, my friends joined up after I told them that sgw was a sick game and I think that the admins banned me because they think I am a multi.... I have been playing this game for more than three years and I have never been called a cheater and would not like my account to be taken away.
I went to "forgot login info" on the main page, and put in my email and is says:
"There is no user with such e-mail address"
Nobody hit me either while I was online so I don't see how I got autobanned.
