I can't log into my account and reading through some of the other topics on here I think my account has been auto-banned. I think its possibly from trading with an account I sold a few months ago so there could be a possible ip clash. It's the only thing I can think of. I was raiding last night and this morning I couldn't log in and the account is apparently on vac mode.

I've emailed the game admin but no answers yet... Please help

Oh yeah I was also on vac mode for the last week while away and straight after coming online I bought 1.5k at and raided about 1.5mil uu, dunno if that might have something to do with it...

does anyone read the forums at all ever? you are on vac mode not banned from what i can see because it says you are on the cusp of a black hole. admins put loads of people on vac mode recently according to his post due to big hacking issues.

i dont have a clue how he chose which ones to vacate but maybe because you were on vac and came off recently that he thought your account may have been compromised too. i'm pretty sure that after 48 hours of vac mode u should be able to login in again if not you need to email admins as he said in his post somewhere.

geez i thought people could be a bit more helpful round here instead of such questions as above considering the current hacking problem.

and on the vacation thing - on that too I have a feeling I know what it is, and I have put any accounts I thought could have been affected into vacation in the meantime, with new passes ... might take an email to support@ to get them back, but that is safer than doing nothing...I will post more on the 'forgot logon' page and something on main page.

Hmmm... Good point I hadn't thought of the hacker as the reason for my account being put on vac mode since he seems to target long term vac accounts and I had only been on vac for 5 days. Guess I'll just have to wait it out then thanks

yes or just do pass reminder and it should send you the new one that admin set and then after 48 hours you can log in maybe?

Think I'll have to email admin cos the pass reminder says theres no user with such email address so I'm guessing doing the reminder with my user name won't help if it doesn't register my email.
