Western European meeting for summer 2010?

I'm not organizing it (well, I'm throwing the idea, that's all ), but I just felt like it would be a good idea to have a western Europe meeting. This year, the hypothetical London June meeting didn't happen. Wouldn't it be a good idea to have a western europe meeting in summer 2010? (june or july)
Hopefully managing to get players from different countries of Western Europe (and Eastern who knows), that's the goal.

Wherever that could be...UK, Netherlands, France, Austria, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, etc...
Who would be interested to organize it; intend it?

Well, the idea is great but since there will most likely be a Slovenia meet in 2010 already... It is former east and I would say current west. Been there 4 times now and it's a pretty amazing place to hang out! I would love a Swiss meet but I don't think a lot of people will show since it's bloody expensive, just like Netherlands. France is an option but, no offense to anyone at all, France is a gorgeous country but I don't find the French too nice in general! And they just do not know how to drive a car Denmark might be an option as well though that's a little too far north for some maybe... Just my 2 cents on this

Make it during the summer. I might plan a trip through Europe.

we'd naturally like norway... preferably in the southeastern parts, taking travel for others into account... but we could not arrange something, as we're studying at a university... so not much time or resources to organize such... (unless people dont mind living outdoors, then we could find some place to have it...)

I don't know if it's really safe for me to go there with the current political context, if you see what I mean. (I'm from France)

we'll do our best not to kill you we don't officialy dislike frensh ppl from france, we more or less dislike frensh ppl from belgium. big difference our taxes arn't used to pay your bills

depends on money, place and time of summer.

but if it was england i could more than likely attend.

Well it doesn't say on my face that I'm from France and if I said I was from there, people would probably think I'm trying to "save my skin".
Not to mention that my opinion on the whole matter wouldn't be welcomed much either. Even though I can remain quiet of course.

arrange a meeting in amsterdam and i'll be there

Thing is I don't live in Netherlands (and never been there yet) but I would love to visit that country.
From what I got told english is spoken by many in Netherlands, so I guess it wouldn't be really a problem for me to communicate there. (could dutchies confirm?)

Most people here speak English though with a thick Dutch accent Anyways, whether or not people speak English, don't visit man, it is not worth it! All we got is 'grass' and **Filtered**!

Ah I guess it wouldn't be a problem then!

Erm...you wouldn't be a good international promoter of your country lol..seriously it wouldn't come in my mind to say that about my country.
