I was changing my accounts e-mail from its old user to its new user and my account was frozen
Your account has been frozen, due to suspiscious activity.
This is purely a preventative measure, to protect your account from harm.
can anyone help??

you should e mail admin.
also, have you entered the right e mail adress? and are you sure its not being used another account? like an old inactive one you had?

Hey folks I am having a similar problem and getting no response from admin so looking for advice.
On friday I started getting username and password problems looking in just after I went on PPT then the server problem hit. When I saw it came back up I tried again but the same issues, then the server problem again. I tired Sunday morning and still ussrnname and password errors so I tried the forgotten password link;
- email address doesn't exist
- user ID gave details sent but nothing received.
Then Sunday I got an error a different upon login to advise my account was frozrn to investigate suspicious activity. Whats the deal has my account been hacked or just buggered from the server problems.?
I have spent a long time getting to elder ancient and I am not going to cheat to an auto and don't believe in cheating as I don't see the point in playing other wise. I paid amdin and other player for resources to maybe come back to a crippled account.
I have emailed admin on half a dozen times nd not heard a word back yet. How long does it take?

I guess I am just getting impatient why the no response. I am not sure where my account fits in to Jascon announcement but hey as long as my account isn't getting tapped.

You may wish to create your own topic to better get admins attention. Also, using the
Urgent@stargatewars.com email with your username, id, and the problem/reasons for problem should help if you haven't done so.

yeah email the urgent adress too but no response. I will send up another flag with the new thread in a day or two.
