It used to be a bug with some of ascended titles. It got fixed, but not for all accounts. (those who didn't ascend again)
I also noticed Prior of the Ajna/Ori (notice not all being in caps, it was very early showing of ascending accounts, means those people didn't ascend in last three years!)
ID 84174 also used to be the ONLY (afaik) "Elder God of the TOLAH" (see beta server for this id)
