Well me and TT want a 1v1 so we will have it its for fun im gonna make up to him for when i didnt mass him.
No planets
No Ascended
No officers
No Alliances
100bill minimum defense a day
1 full ms per day
Will last from 2-3 days because i have to get ready for an upcoming war
Start date undetermined
It will start in probaly 2-4 days can this be left open for any prewar talk?
