I hade just made AG and left to go on vac for 2 weeks. got home took it off vac mode and now am a LG, WTH is going on any help would be nice. sry but I'm a little agitated.

No offense, but are you sure you ascended to AG? And not just the LG lever 1 before AG?

I am 100% positive I was AG. I went through all the lvl's of LG.
What email add should I have sent the email too...I just sent it to support@sgw.....is this the correct one?
