Came across mention of this alliegance of several Alliances/Empires on a forum and wonder who is in them and what their purpose is"?
read there are 15 Alliances belonging to it

Probally just a small coalition of alliances, Who dont seem to run about being mouthy, Trying to make a liveing banding together for economic and defensive purposes.
What a nice change, Old school to the rescue!
