most hated stargate episode

its too cursed hard to find any single favorite, so we figured we'd ask about the other end of the scale instead...
which is your most hated episode of stargate (sg-1, atlantis, or universe)?
any season, any episode...
please, take only one episode at a time... even if you hate 27 episodes...
try to explain why also... even if its just because some character has five too many hairs on his/her head...

from sg1 : anything with that noob jonas in..
from atlantis : prolly the chaya one, or the one that killed carson
from universe : pretty much all of it..

I'm tired of SG:U haters. If people don't like it then they should stop watching it.
Most hated episode though was probably Wormhold Xtreme.

God, I hated that guy. Excellently played, for what it's worth.
I hated that Reese episode; SO much potential, so very little done with it.
Or, and this is in general -sorry Zera- the fact that they never pick up better weapons when they come across them. The use of zats was awesomely out of 'character' in that regard.

ALL flashback episodes. I already SAW the episodes, stop showing me clips from them!!! Only good bit in all the flashback episodes....
THOR *raises finger* "That's Supreme Commander Thor" haha Kinsey is such a git. In fact any with Kinsey or Q from star trek are annoying.
Can't remember an Atlantis one, maybe killing Carson. SGU is okay so far I suppose.

yes, that one is nice... for some reason, we tend to love it when those pesky people are forced to squirm... (people like kinsey, early woolsey, generic IOA representative, Nerus, etc...)
one of the episodes that for some reason annoy us, is holiday... even though the tech there is quite interesting...
