spam temple question

as it would have been off-topic in the other thread, I decided to post it here. Hope it's ok in this section.

He doesnt Jason owns the temple as he pays for it.

So why does Jack act like he can do whatever he wants in the spam temple?

Redundant.
The chain of command has been made abundantly clear:
Admin Collective - The Boss.
Mod Admin - delegates authority to Global Mods in various sections
Global Mod - Section specific - rules can be enacted by them
Section Mod - rules are enforced by them
If you have a question to ask Jack, ask Jack. I think that's easy enough?
