Ok.

I sold off units to get naq at a good price and can buy UU back (and make a decent profit).

However, the galactic council is telling me I cannot do this as this would put me over the limit which when I calculate I can do it.

Currently: army size (no mercs) 220,596,400

limit for brokering 230,616,438

So, that gives me room for 10,020,038.

But, I have a broker for 8,000,000 and it states that I cannot accept it as it would put me over the limit.

So, is it my calculation or is it the script that works out uu.

Or, would it accept if sent and not brokered.

Any one else found this ?

i trade as you do, and i do it a lot and i am 200mill AS but i haven't had that prob yet.

It could be because you have another Broker open? Example : You brokered xxx for lets say 11 million uu. So your previous AS would be army size (no mercs) 231,596,400 (this is before you brokered). You set the broker where your uu are being sold out therefore in your command centre you would see: army size (no mercs) 220,596,400. Now the receiver of your UU did not accept the deal already. And you get brokered for the uu you want to buy. The market sees it that you stil have that 231,596,400 Army size as those UU have not gone out yet. That could be the problem.

Are you saying you have no mercs, or is that just your armysize not including mercs..

I know mercs as normal uu count on the raid limit.

But this is a issue of trading, not raiding.. does that still apply?

It does.

Army Size: 223,335,457. Thats the army size I'm seeing.. maybe you just hadta wait for turn change before Army size is calculated by the script?

Nah, he just wasn't including mercs if thats the case.

223 + 8 = over the trade limit.

Solution : sell the mercs, accept the broker, then buy mercs

Ok. So mercs are included as total army size, does that also count towards when the plague strikes?

if you total population size is greater than 461,232,877 disease will surely strike your lands

My guess is that , yes having mercs will count towards your army size and when you reach plague your growth is stunted alot.

P.S Found another spelling error in the game 'If youR...'
