Some say it's the hacker!! I got the same message a while back.. didn't send the e-mail to that e-mail address. I mailed Admin mark..

Ben, your account is still active. If you have another PC, try logging in on it. The same thing happened to Die Quelle yesterday while he was on PPT. I looked at his account and it was still on PPT and not ostracized. I suggested trying to login with another computer and he was able to login again. Your account is not on vacation mode and not ostracized, so I'm guessing that the same thing happened to you.
