ok today i went to ascend to prince of timeless and after i had set all my brokers and proceeded to ascend i got a message.
roughly this;
there is an account on ascended that shares youre name so before you can proceed to ascend you must change youre name.
i had no name changes left.
anyways with the help of the iron duke i managed to find said player with my name and sent pm(as was alliance friendly) to get the name changed..eventually this was done and i ascended..into a complete fubar as the pages were not loading,i refreshed,clicked and shouted at the screen.
anyways eventually i got to my main page to find i had lost ALL ASCENDED STATUS...no prince not even ascended.

so.
1,if you want to perm stop someone ascending then copy there name from main onto ascended....what a joke!!
2,i would be greatful to get my ascended status back(prince of timeless)
3,if you ever get that message and you want to ascend..DONT!! as it seems to really mess up the "youve ascended" script.

well i havnt done anything other that accept brokers back so the only indicater is my ms wich has dropped very very slightly in power.

can i at least get an idea if this is being delt with as im getting no replies from emails sent and im not sure what to do with my statless un ascended account.
