does making own food all the time (and experimenting with it) count?

we rarely use all that many recipes though... easier to base it on approximations... a dash of this, some of that, and so forth...

i aint chef ,but i do cook since i was 9..plus its really great what u can lern from another country home made food;)

I am actually. I have ben cooking since I was 12, went to culinary school when I was 20, and am now 33. I have worked in French, American, Thai, Vietnamesse, Italian, Spanish, and Ethiopian kitchens.

As deni pointed out im also a chef. But i rarely work with recepies. My favorite dishes: italian, spanish, asian, french, and fusion
