i have a problem.

i cannot login to my Ascended Account.
i bought the account 3 months ago from someone who either A) quit or B) is on vacation mode.

and i never logged in. and have forgotten the details.

my main id is 1905005

ive tried every combination for attempting to get a forgot-login mail sent. it did not work.

i can verify that i own my current Main. with the appropriate login information login.

what must i do in order to get acess to my Ascended returned to me.
