I am returning all the massings he has given me in the past and for sitting on me.

TM will be destroyed if any of you step in (and not by DDE, some members maybe be involved but it will not be an entire DDE alliance), this is a personal grudge match.

END OF WAR TERMS:

1 - madcat publicly apologizes for massing and sitting on me, also for making my alliance i tried to start to break up
2 - he publicly surrenders to me
3 - he declares peace with me
