I believe we, Slovenians, were amongst first to create a one nation only alliance - SLOvenia UNiTED, and it has the longest history. Beside Hungarian Unity I think that there existed a german only alliance and a polish only alliance. They didn't have many members though..
Well nowadays only one-nation alliances still left are SLOvenia UNiTED (Slovenian Command + Slovenian Troops) and Hungarian Unity I think..

yeah, i wasnt certain of that, but surely the name makes it a nation orientated alliance... even if it is not a nation specific one?

I wouldn't say so, no. They've said on several occasions that they're a world-wide alliance, not a nation alliance. So even though their name might suggest it's a nation one, it isn't.

Not many likely know this but TL was originally concieved as a slovenian thing... I mean it very quickly got WW but the first drawing board drafts were such. Lest when I was told about them, 6 months prior creation.
