I've got the every time I've been massing some one, my net has cut off, two mins later it comes back on, I click attack... and then that little gem pops up.

I experienced this same message when I was trying to farm a few tril from someone in Leaf Village when they were ascending. Everytime I tried to hit him I got that message because the guy kept banking, unbanking etc when preparing for ascencion. Needless to say I got some of the naq in the end.
But AoH just a little advice, next time you ask what such a message means it may be helpful to say what you were doing when you got the message.

Happens when they have neg UU too. Happened to me the other day, some guy had 1.4trill out i tried to hit got that message, saw he had neg UU sent him 1k UU and took the naq
