welll, i think i started playing in summer or autumn of 05.

this means i've been playing for upwards of 4 years yes?

im 16 now. this means i've been playing this game for 1/4 of my life. surely this cant be good for my health, my social life or my people skills? LOL

Depends oin how much you play it, like my self i have been here about the same as you mabe more, but i go out alot and have alot of friends In the game and In RL so it all depends how much time you gve to the game aday.

nothing wrong with a hobby, just try not to make it an obsession. They can impact RL. lol..

wot you wont is your RL to effect the game and not the game to effect your RL, thats when you know that your ok, when its the other way around then

agreed sam, i work by my time table, not the games.

RL is always my priority.

You do actually build people skills on here as well, because after all, you are talking to people.

ive been playing for about 5 yrs now and i have lots of friends in rl and well im doing fine so far .

I started playing when i was about 15. Im 20 Now...

IN those 5 years, I lost my virginity, Lost my mind on drugs, Spent thousands of pounds on dateing and beer, And had 3 laptops and 2 PCs. From SGWsI met a girl through ghostygoo in RL, who i ended up going out with for 6 months. Ive made several friends from the UK who i think will be there for life, Semper and Diamond Dust. As well as a few new ones, Like Duderanch. As well as people from all accross the world who came to the first meet up.


SGWs has been there for me through all these things. Which is quite sad. But this christmas i have abit of a family to see, which will be nice. I run a nightclub, i have many friends and im soon to be a policeman. There has always been a great community here, and i wish you all a happy christmas. Except for GrizzZzly, Cos he smells.

As long as it's enjoyable and doesn't cross over with social things or school etc. Might seem wierd to have played this game for 1/4 of your life but then again there are people younger than you who have spent practically their entire life playing a particular sport.

I have been playing for about 1/5 of my life that you mention it. I took a break when life got hectic but this game is a great time killer when your bored. It has never interfered with my social life. PPT allows you to not have to worry for a weekend or so. I have changed through the years and have changed with the game. Its been a great run and Ive talked to many great people from many parts of the world. My time here is well spent, my time on the other side is well spent.

Everything is what you make of it.
