SURRENDER SECTION!!!

since people keep getting in trouble/ threads locked for surrendered how about we have a section, what do people think ?

And no. I do not think a separate surrender section is needed. Surrenders can be done in the war threads or in separate threads in the GC if it is needed and warranted by the number of participants in the war.
