Okay, so i was wondering, as Caprila has decided to ignore my PM.
How is calling someone a "female dog"..... Masking?
saying some is a bit-ch is masking, saying f*ck is masking.
But how is calling someone a female dog masking?

Clearly you knew that using the real term for a female dog which is **Filtered** would be masked. Therefore you used "female dog" as a way around the filter.
It may not necessarily be masking however you were attempting to be abusive towards another user.

if i said: (spoilered for being inappropriate)
i'd love to touch your tight little kitten
then yes, it would be deemed somewhat against the rules?

its not the word alone thats the problem. its the context in which your using it. your nature and the way you posted it clearly showed that it was meant to be an insult and so its logical to come to the conclusion that was made.
if you wanted to call them a dog you could have just said dog.

So saying dog is ok but not female dog? That's a bit sexist, ain't it?

I didn't actually say it was masking did I.
Calling someone a female dog could be considered abusive.

Context, children. Context.
As has been shown, there are contextually sensitive remarks one can make that are clearly profane, insulting or unwanted 'intimacy'.
Heck, if you were going to say "I want to touch your tight little kitten" to my face, in daily life, I'd file a complaint against you for harassment.
Why the hell should the forums be different in that regard? We are already rather lenient in most cases.
Either way, you should understand the difference between profanity and masking before going to have a discussion about it.
Which reminds me, we
aren't going to have a discussion, because this is all quite clearly in the rules. Insofar as it concerns uniformity in mod behaviour, that is an internal issue. You can direct your complaints to the Administration.
To throw in a comical bit of Warhammer;
"We determine the guilty. We decide the punishment."Case closed.
