That is not correct.

Semper did not get warned for modding in General.

He was warned for knowingly disregarding a mod's decision.

And for continuing to do so

There are no rules dictating that I have to obey what a mod said as established in my issue with Sarajevo a few weeks ago in which case his warning was immediately overturned. Further more my actions that 'disobeyed' a mod broke NO forum rules.

As such the warning was not correct and 'illegal'. Despite the fact I have already faced my ban I am still directly appealing the warning as the mod in question should not be allowed to get away with such an abuse of power. How dare I receive a warning for not obeying a mod, what's next?

I did indeed unlock the thread, but doing so is not in breach of the forum rules you're a GM and should know that. There is no clause in the rules about disobeying a mod as being a reason for a board warning, nor do the admins have the power to allow it. They can sanction cool down bans as I gave to Psi Kiya Trist when he was doing exactly the same as I did. Changing the rules at a whim... oh please Admins, please do it.. give me more ammunition to take to Jason.

It also strikes me as amazing how Korruptions thread was left unlocked yet you were armed with the same information he gave you that I had given you, yes you had to ask for it once but you got the same info. The spam you could have easily cleaned up.. instead you decided to lock mine and keep Korruptions open.. is there a correlation here? DDE? No... lol. That's a different issue now isn't it dear Deni.

My point stands, no forum rules were broken.. the warning I received was invalid and ergo the ban I received was invalid. I cannot get the ban time back, but I will take a -1warning and an apology to go.

Is disobeying a mod a breach of the forum rules? Simple yes or no answer. The circumstances of how I disobeyed you are irrelevant as you didn't use them as a reason for the warning (reference your quote in the opening post) and ergo were not a breach of the forum rules.

The warning I gave and the circumstances surrounding it were discussed thoroughly in the supermod forum that is accessible by the ombudsman and his understudy.

This topic serves no purpose but to fuel Semper's war against the Administration of this forum (mods included)

ALSO! I point out... I am making no such war on the administration. I am merely trying to get answers that they seem incapable of giving via PM and MSN, where I tried several times before coming here in public.

This issue is an honest one to clear thy name and separate. I have nothing against the mods.

the warning happend for you being a mod using your mod powers. a fellow mod warned you for it so that means it is a moderator-moderator dispute.

these disputes are terretory of the administrators and not the ombudsman.

There are no rules stating a Board Warning will be issued for one Mod not following proper Mod Guidelines when locking or unlocking a thread another Mod is or has already dealt with. This Board Warning does not belong. I will say though that his actions certainly were wrong, but as Zeek said it's a Mod vs Mod issue and should be handled by the Administrators, and I should think would certainly be one strike against Semper as a Moderator.
