So I was reconning around and found a guy with this much UU out:
19361600
Doubled and tripled checked the numbers twice and sure enough it was 19 mil out. But the guy had a 350 bil def. I had 10 mil supers and wasn't bout to waste the naq. So Hippy Fool massed it down for 5 mil UU.
Heres the first hit:
Considering the distance to travel, the enthusiasm of the troops for this battle, and the degree to which they were comfortable in their victory,and 625,076 Untrained ware taken from the realm of xxxx.
From now on, these are know as the Untrained of JediMasterX!

Poor guy only has 8 mil army size now. Used to have 28 mil army.

Looks like the guy is active because he is on PPT now. The genius just put 2 mil of his army size into defence...and he has no covert....
I would knock him down to 6 mil army size, but thats beyond mean.
No message from him yet though.
