I was farming a bit today. Saw someone that attracted my attention.
He was in pergatory with an armysize over 62 million...

How is that possible?

Maybe it hasn't gone past the turn change, then before turn change sold mercs, then rebought or something?

Since entry max is obviously not 20% anymore but 10%, the kick-limit is 15%.
15% of 466,849,315 = 70,027,397

62m is *well* within that range.

I think you kicked on your next log in if your growth takes you over the limit. So this guy probably hasn't logged in for a while and has over 2 mill UU out.

So let me get this right you can sit in safety until your 70mill armysize, is it any wonder we are seeing people in the top 10 in perg, with only 60 AT's against you in a day from any target, you can have massive planets 1.5trill def, and there never getting removed, build an off the chart def, and its never being massed.

mmmmm sell off go to perg get 10 x 240bill income planets, and build a 20trill def, and sit happy happy.

So you and I interpret "If you are above 30% of this value" differently.
You see it as 30% above 10% of plague, whereas I read that simply as 30% of plague (and halved that, since the entry was halved too).

Easy way to see whether you're right; do people get kicked from perg in between logins?

Yup, that's the idea. Invest all that shiny naq into your account itself, and you'll be home free.

It is definately 13% of plague or around 60 mil total army size. I have been kicked out in the past around that mark . But I didnt take too much notice at what point I was kicked, if it was on login or if it was before (you get a message upon being booted that you could check against), but I think it was on login.

I will see if there is anyone that wants to test it out next time they go back to norm

I found the guy with the oversize army (on my farm list) and have spied him. He has 5k ATs, half damaged defence weapons and over 5 mil UU out. Pretty safe to say he hasnt logged in for a while

yer ive personally let my self not log in for 10 days once i was 100k uu under cap...why so i could go to nrom with an extra 10mil uu

u dont get booted from perg till u log in next or if u are currently online and raiding or something
