ok, so january transfers are generally disappointing.
but with chelsea possibly facing a transfer ban, united missing about a dozen defensive players and liverpool in dire need of some help, what will happen?

pompey need some quick cash, birmingham playing for europe. all teams looking to strenghten their teams, whos got the cash?

so anyone got any opinions?

We wont sign anyone.

Pulled the deal on Ljajic due to lack of funds IMO

it wasnt lack of funds he didnt progress as they thought he would. would have ended up like another nani. the other guy they signed(tosac) is going to get sold as well he isnt even playing well in reserves.

we need some one with real quality.

check out alexi sanchez. would be a good price and could become as good as ronaldo

I pray to the God i don't believe in that Liverpool sign a striker....I don't care if it is the former Scumchester United player Donkey...If Liverpool are not up there in the next 2 months i fear Torries will have a operation so he is fit for the World cup...leaving us with N'gog :)

I see Birmingham being the ones to splash the most cash in the transfer window(Bar Man City and Chelsea)....They are the form team at the moment and a few more faces in the squad and they could finish top 8....

I would like to say no chance but money talks in todays World....Call it 75mil plus Rooney and Gary Neville(just so we can give him abuse cause us Liverpool fans love Gary Neville :-D )

If Rafa gets sacked Torries will leave after the World cup....

If anybody is a gambling person they are odds of 9/2 of they being no Premiship games being played this weekend and Mondays game...Four games have already been canned and the weather is going to get worse before it gets better :(
I see City have already started by buying a Arsenal reject Patrick Vieira  a midfeild player just what city need....I think they need another striker to go with the team of strikers they already have :smt047

Thats the official line, yes. In reality he was playing semi reg in both the Serb youth internationals and at Partizan. Hes scored a few goals in the league. He's shown far more then Obertan did last season in the french 2nd division.

Very curious decision by united, and with Tosic already paid for and here, as it appears, in a makeweight for the Ljajic deal, i cant see them wasting that money by not taking up the clause on Adem just because he hasnt made leaps and bounds. Depends on what fee was agreed i guess.

However, i trust fergies judgement, i do however beleive we are in financially dire straits.
