warning was overturned but 1 admin resigned during the making of the verdict so we lacked the 3th vote to make it complete hence why bazsy didn't remove it yet
concider it solved

bazsy has informed me that the warning was removed. this case is now officialy closed

I might removed the wrong warning notes and warning id, but I hope it doesnt matter. Warning count is 1, and the older is left there so it will expire sooner anyway:)
