Lord Al vs Thade (Al's choice)

Apparently I wasn't supposed to mass him back after he massed me for a 1 hit. Very rarely do I post in this section but I figured why not...
I believed we were finished after I massed him but he just set me to war and said we were nowhere close to being finished (paraphrase). I informed him that he can surrender at any time. I do not believe in rules for wars, but I'd ask that his CO not get involved.
If he asks for limitations (such as no planets or whatnot) I may agree. Ascended is already out due to size differences. Thanks for your time and enjoy (I'm sure his posts will entertain us all).
PS I do not check this section every 5secs so don't expect several posts from me.

No worries on the thread hi-jack.
You'll be getting updates as they occur. Not much action taking place at the moment though.
(Saturday nights out are more important than massing someone in a game.

You're right I had started to mass your MS (although you had massed someone in my alliance first). However, I was babysitting my niece and nephew that day and my nephew woke up early from his nap and wanted some snack and then wanted me to read to him. After they went home I was going to finish but I was told not to...I had been told the whole Na'vi vs. Assassin thing was over so I just left it. I'll be happy to set-up a 1v1 with you for some fun (though I have a feeling your MS will kill me) but I'm up for the challenge.

Well I had hoped he'd build something while I was on PPT...but o well. Removed the 30bil def he had and lifered his AC units. Then ACed him down a bit and sabbed about 50bil worth of weapons. He can end things at any time by admitting he was in the wrong and surrendering.
Edit: His MS is of course dead.
