Reason: Failure to pay debt within original agreed time of 1month.

Conditions:
- no direct outside interference (ie no dragging family members, friends, alliance members, etc into war... fair trading is however still allowed (buy/sell uu, turns, etc)).
- no officers / commanders / alliance members will be hit, unless they choose to hit first.

Surrender Terms:
Repay debt, within 3 days of surrender (to allow for trading, etc. if necessary).

oh and please dont vulture?

i've always found him to pay promptly.

it should also be known that he's been massed a couple of times in the last week.

how much was owed and i'll see if i can arrange something for you.

15T naq, or uu equivelant. he did however agree to pay 25T.

Naos United will not be getting involved without provocation.

As stated in PMs, FS will not get involved so long as it remains a 1-v-1, DA has friends in FS who cant be restrained if it becomes an 'unfair' fight

Of course you dont, except the fact that i was on vacation in rl when u did mass me, and the fact u actually have war experience i guess helps... But im still asking questions to my fs friends before i start and finish anything....



And yes, people i do owe them naq, well i did..

You see, i had a month and so i saved and spent wisley... Though im in school and lose naq everyday cause of it... I go on ppt to try and get 8 days to save naq....
Then i joined The Deca i dont blame Antz and antz please dont repay im sorry i left but.... I juts need to war right now, and learn quick, and mass the people i need and with my other friends... But please id like my other friend to learn from u... Heavens Asgard

Then i was massed again after for some reason..... Anyways then i started to save again, and while i have 2 trill in the bank, well for now, and Armagheddon attacked me while i was in vacacition in real life, i told a lot of people i dont think maybe heka the leader of his alliance but.... Then he masses me while im there i cant respond so now i just really dont want to pay him back.... I also did have other debts to pay first before This one like antz's uu i bought from him, and thanks antz... and other debts i dont wish to disgust......

So this is my side of the story.... So as for now i will not mass him back but maybe eventually i will do something..... Maybe a happy birthday present.... but otherwise im going to be at war happily with FS/ some good friends and have the best out of it...

First of all armagheddon also did this free will.... AKA i really owed Heka the money and he didn't even order him to attack me so really i feel that i should mass Naos...I do feel but for now no..
