yesterday i reported JMX for flaming and spaming at Human Resistance Vs Large Empires - Judgement Day

While it is not the most flattering post towards you, JMX is a currently unaffliated member of FUALL, as such he would count to TTF HC as a unsurrendered or independent figther.

While the thread is HR Versus Large Empires, I believe it is HR versus anyonew ho has a one hit mass policy, under those conditions JMX also qualifies.

first is there any flattered scale vs Lithium to consider b4 valuating a report???
second, the HR vs Large Empire was a Role Play thread until Deni changed it. How could u believe is vs anyone while its clearly said vs Large Empires, you are a Mod and yr believes should be based on facts otherwise it affects yr decisions.

third u ar enot JMX to know what he does ingame and where he qualifies.
just to help u a bit: farmed him x4/day and never got a hit back , massed him and got 1 at back. where he qualifies is his property not yrs or mine.

The thread might be called "HR vs Large Empires" but it is de facto a "TTF (mminus TAF) vs FUALL" thread.

As JMX was a part of DDE and then of OE and has not surrendered, he is still in the said war. Thus as a participant, he has a right to post there.

JMX is a runner (not surrendered) he left DDE in the begining of the TTF vs FUALLL and left OE 2 weeks after he joined them. that thread is not defacto TTF - TAf. Its HR vs Large Empires.

i reported for spaming, calling name and flaming not because he posted. read well Deni u are a GM u should know better then any other these things

I do not think there is someone but you who can deny that.

This is what I get when I try to be nice and explain why a report got closed with nothing being done.

Lithium, you did not report it for spam, insults or anything. Your reason for reporting the post was 'it does not belong here' while I judged that the post had sufficient content to remain.

The phrasing 'while not the most flattering post to you lithium' means that I did look at it from insulting point of view and decided that there was no sufficient for it to be an insult.

The other bit about the thread being HR versus 'anyone with a one hit policy' is merely what the thread starter has been known to say but as Deni has pointed out JMX is a freelancer in this war on FUALL side, hence he has the right to post there too. While most war threads are only posted in by participants others do have the right to post there. In this case JMX is a participant.

Now perhaps you don't know this Lithium but there is a methodology for questioning moderation taht you don't like. The first step is to take it up wtih the moderator who did it. In this case me. I sent you that PM - private message - to try to explain rather than just close the report but obviously I shouldn't have bothered.

i might have picked off topic or insult report since he kept calling names and flaming the thread.
tekki i dont have anything against explaining yr view , but hell calling names post by post its not normal , and i report the last of his.

and u right and i dont know the procedure and i dont know if it was u who handled the case or just wanted to explain me.

In this case since your report related to the singular post and nothing you had typed said 'go back and investigate previous posts' I looked only at the singular.
