Teutates Empire wrote:my account (Teutates Empire) and my girlfriends account (mcronin123) have both been banned. i have been playing this game for about a year now, and love the game by the way. i have spent tons of money on this game. it says that i was banned for a multi account. my girlfriend and i both play the game on the same computer therefore the ip address is the same. as far as i know that is completely within the rules! i am very upset at not being able to play the game and would really love to have this sorted out! if you admins would please take a look and get me and my girl unbanned i would be forever gratefull! please keep me informed of what is going on. thanks.

i tried the link at the top of the first notification that my account was being reiviewed for banishment. it said the link was broken! i also sent 2 emails to the email address provided to state my case. neither worked so now i am on the forums.

i have read what he posted and he only refers to 2 accounts Teutates Empire and Mcronin123 dont know why you said 4 accounts but he stole planets from myself and my girlfriends account he had been attacking us both so when i noticed that he stole my planet i told my girlfriend to check her account and he had stolen one from her also so of course she took it back. these are 2 diffrent accounts the only reason i and her were reported is because that guy is mad that i and my girlfriend took are planets back we are not shareing rescourses or anything else. i have spent alot of time and money on this game and have been banned unfairly. so please let me know whats going on here and please unbann both accounts. i have supported this site with time word of mouth and several hundred dollars this guy is useing the admin to get myself and my girlfriend banned because he is mad that we took our respective planets back. these are not multi accounts. they do come from the same ip address because we use the same computer and internet connection. so because this guy is mad because he attaced ppl and they attacked back i get banned and my g/f gets banned? thats not fair. and our stats are vastly diffrent and have been because i have been playing much longet than my g/f i have probably double or tripple her units and naq i play alot more that she does he is straight up lieing about that. my brother and his son and his g/f also play this game because of me now my brother and his g/f have logged in occasionaly while they were at my house thats the only thing i can think of why you would mention 4 accounts because the guy that reported me surley dosent.if i had know that i would get banned for no reason when i spent several hundred dollars on your site i never would have spent that money. thanks for your time please let me know if and when you are going to un bann us and if not.. why?
