Wouldnt it be interesting to hear some short stories regarding officers and co's relationships and loyalties to each other?

I would as well as many of my fellow gamers be interested in how long some officer/co's have been together and perhaps some kind words of respect about him or her as it fits this topic. Maybe even a funny story or few.

meh... I lost all of my CO's due to those income circles that were popular back before the glitch was somewhat taken care of. Figures that once I started getting into income circles, admin would actually fix something.

Longest CO my papa aka Kalkin .. was his officer for over 2yrs .. we ran alliances together as well.. *hugs* loves my papa.
Silent Bob and BeerPongChamp - my two fav husbands - consider both RL friends.
HGR/Rouge Trooper - was fun while it lasted
Clarkey- decided didn't want officers in the server war.. then joined DDE later :s *cuddles*
BenjaminMS- long time ingame friend
Xip- quit game :'(
Harch- had a hissy fit dismissed all his officers.
FreeSpirit- known for years. Great guy latest husband too.

My longest serving officer currently is JJ aka JoiletJake.. must be about 3yrs. Poor guys been massed by both sides at one time or another. a very loyal friend/husband.

love all the men under me at moment and most of those that have been there b4.

For me its more a social thing than strategic, like to have ppl I consider friends around me.

i don't post often, but i really feel like i should share my story with the world because it is inspirational (like that 'i have a (wet) dream' speech).

anyways, i started playing sgw back in '05 under the false belief it was connected to the tv show stargate. the connection, however, was sketchy and gradually disappeared but i stuck around.

and in that time, i've been through my fair share of officers and commanders, and most of them i can't even remember the name of.

except one.

dastupy, or nicky - whatever you call him, in any language it means truth, honesty, integrity, generosity, genuinely caring and best commander ever.

we met via a post in this very forum, when i was going through a bad period in my (real) life and i was between commanders, so i posted 'not just looking for a co, looking for a friend too.'

nicky was one of the few people to reply, who wasn't ridiculing my loneliness and desperation. although he seemed nice, to be honest i was a bit doubtful about picking a belgian as a commander, because australia (my country of origin) is a very racist country - especially against foreigners.

but i took a chance, and it began the the commandership, and friendship of a lifetime. whenever i needed naq, he was there, whenever i needed UU, he was there, whenever i needed a sympathetic ear, a hand to hold, a smiley face emoticon, HE WAS THERE.

though he did take alot of my turns.

and that is why nicky or DASTUPY is the best commander ever, even better than ~Vix~. (whats with those ~'s, WTH are they supposed to be? little pictures of sine waves?)

anyway, bye and to nicky you are the best you make everybody else (even the moderators) look like crap.

Raided 50m in his first 3 weeks of playing the game. Not bad at all!
got in nemesis quarter in the first week or so. apparently he is also protected by SS and qacol so indeed an impressive nooby

My best officer ever is Rocky. He was there for em a while, we had lots of MSn chat and I am sure we helped each other with resourses and such like all the time.//.

ive played for just over a year and had 2 comanders and am on my 3rd now

my first was about 2month after i started playing. Byrnes who also took me into his alliance and always offerd help and decent farms names eventualy he left purg so i moved on

next was Demon Lord Razgriz of whom had just started up the horus underlords he rely taught me how to build my acount and the cheapest ways to ascend and also got me into Goa'uld/systemlord role play in game i remained with him untill only weeks ago hoping he would start playing again but no such luck

so i decided i needed a new start so left perg and have taken ~NERO~ as my co hopefully ill learn a lot from him aswell

Me and holdfast have been on again off again for 4 years ish , have taken turns being eachothers officers and Co's and now he has retired

Ive had one officer for about 10 months now PPT tagger and let me tell ya thats be a fun one

also a RL friend has been with me for 3 years i think it is but then we both tend to stop playing for long periods of time

SG-3 - first CO, really got me into the game more when i first started, first game friend, brought me into crystal force and into a community (somewhat).

Harch - Most Recent CO, was funny, good protection, he still owes me naq for webcam . Got me onto Ricos forum and now i have to spam there.

Officers

Enkrypt - Back when he was small and couldnt play, i tought him and gave him advice, and supplies when he needed it, most loyal officer i ever had.

Ryuujin jakka - Back in 06 i got him as my officer and we went massing together, was fun, probably longest playing officer and when i came back he came to say hi

I have had many officers, most left the game, I could name some of them, Su, Katahk, Tealc2020, Xathras (whatever his exact name was, leader of theeldergodarmy ), twiedekker, djelis, _Lord Aker_, Kenshaduk, Lady Bastet ah there was so many...sadly most didn't stay long ingame so I didn't have time to form them well. I also given up on having officers for most of 2009 and part of 2008.

Commanders...well, I had three.
_Apophis__, the dude that had tons of officers and was infamous for many and had Omega becoming his enemy. When he left he gave me all his stuff. One of his officers also became my second commander, VEDIL.
I've been his officer for a good time, he had many officers and was helpful in general but rarely on msn, sadly I don't remember well those times. I don't remember why I left him, hmm might be to lead Aeon Knights.
Then, since CIA vs CoPs war, my third and last commander was Universe, excepted when she left the game in summer 2007, I was made leader of KGB alliance and had to leave her. Helped me lots ingame, talked lots on msn ingame via pms and here via pms. I will miss her.

Best Commander: Traprunner

Best Officer: Dirty Harry/SWÅT (though he wasn't with me for long because I joined an income circle)
2nd best officer: Belisarius.. he became a good friend and even though he doesn't play I still speak to him occasionally.
