What can I do (attitudes idk..) when I live with people (parents) who are *really* stressed all the time due to real life issues going on (bit complicated), to avoid losing grip and throwing a tantrum myself and managing to be the reason's voice and not lose my "defences" against becoming mad?

Because seriously it's being hard for me..and I've already lost control.

I've turned again in what I used to be and it caused much damages and I don't know what to do..

Take books round friends
go to public libraries
sit outside and work

I'm ashamed of what I've been doing on last few days, I'm losing my rationality and acting like a **Filtered** idiot. ><

Take a day out from it all mate. Just have fun for a day with no studying and thinking.

My two exams are in few days, I tried to relax last week by being the lazy one but it didn't work.
Now yesterday and today I act like a **Filtered** **Filtered**.

I'm ashamed of myself so much...acting again like an idiot. My credibility to manage things properly andmaturely goes void.

I should have got out indeed...I reap what I sowed.

Now everyone, laugh at me! (=> same as "applause!" box in tv shows to applause when it's meant to be done)

im not the best guy to listen but i think in yr case some creativity helps.
start enjoying little things, like spending some more time with yr mother, put a comic movie on dvd , there are a few good ones, like Pirate Radio, up in the air, etc. go out for a pizza or even a burger or go at the shopping just for a walk . man enjoy the little things that life offers , and when u feel bring up a good memory , put a smile and look forward

sometimes one cannot help it, and when that happens, would you rather be like that to people you actually know? or some pixels on your computer?

Whoever I don't like, pixels or real life, I'd prefer.
