Vacation mode Failed

I went on vacation mode around the 10th and I just logged in and noticed everything of mine has been massed down to nothin because vacation mode failed!! I am extremely pissed off right now!! I ask that you rectify this situation ASAP!!

Best provide your ID for admins to check out.
And are you 100% sure you put your account on vac mode? When you did it, did it log you out straight away?

yes Im 100% sure vac mode failed... as soon as I entered the amount of days away and hit confirm It logged me out and I couldnt log back in because It said I was on vaction mode
and My ingame Name and Id is

ADMINS are you goin to do anything about this?? I lost around a total of 32mil troops and 14.250trill naq cause of a error of this game!!!
